At FourPointMoms, we all need to remember that the last day of the month is a busy time for all of us with getting ready for vacation or getting back from vacation. It seems like my sons just keep thinking up new things to go and try. Seeing the movie Transformers just became a priority in life for some reason:-)
Other things that help me know it is the end of the month are more business focused. New members learning the finer points of opening accounts and getting their first 8 opened because they want that $200 bonus on top of their earnings. That's fun to watch because you know that the money will arrive on their check about July 15th just in time to use for more vacation, school clothing or just plain ol bill paying.
Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, make sure you wrap up the month on a fun and positive note. It's the last time you will see June 2009 so make the most of it!

Moms Picky About Work from Home ‘Offers’
There’s a new brand of ‘mom’ out there and she is a tiger to deal with. Moms have long been the target of advertisers. Smart companies know that when it comes to shopping and buying decisions in households, ‘Mom’ is leading the way.
For decades, companies have focused on getting mothers to look at their products. For example, Jif® peanut butter has long used the slogan ‘Choosy Moms Choose Jif.’ Some companies, like Tylenol® focus on reassuring parents that their brand is the #1 brand recommended by pediatricians. Flintstones Vitamins™ uses the phrase ‘The Leading Brand Moms Trust and Kids Love.’ We can all think of many ways that companies target moms and work to build trust if we stop and focus on it.
However, there is a change in the wind when it comes to purchasing products, buying services, and exploring other possibilities. These days the Internet has opened up a world of options for moms. One of the biggest and most promising choices available to a mom in this day and time is the ability for her to work from home and bring in extra income. With today’s current economic conditions, it is becoming even more critical that she bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan too. (With a respectful nod to yet another phrase. Enjoli™ perfume by Revlon used this phrase to the tune of a Peggy Lee song during a 1970’s ad campaign that many people still recall).
Women have a need for a trustworthy and reliable way to work from their homes. Unfortunately, many companies have jumped on this need by claiming that we can make money selling magic bracelets, little baggies that release toxins, and other magic potions described as nutritional or healthy. Sometimes the financial investment just seems to keep growing. This has created a very skeptical audience. Moms can now reach for the mouse and Google whatever topic they wish to know more about. Companies that operate on hype, puffed up claims and little credibility are sniffed out in a matter of seconds.
With all that being said, owners and companies of legitimate businesses and opportunities now have to ‘face the tigress’ complete with all her skepticism. When a person has been burned, lied to or even scammed, it is very hard to gain that person’s trust even though you are presenting her with a legitimate and credible way to earn income.
It’s a great time for moms to explore working for themselves. Seek a company with credentials you can trust. It is true that there are legitimate, ethical and reliable ways to work from home. It is true that there are hundreds of scams out there. Look for a company that provides you with the following information:
· -Company’s information on their products and services
· -Company’s free training and ongoing mentoring
· -Company Credentials (should be easily verified)
· -Company Growth Chart, Length of time in Business
· -Annual Income Statistics
· -Company ‘re-order’ or ‘return shopper’ potential.
There are some basic questions that everyone should ask when looking into a reliable way to work for yourself. The answers are pretty basic too and should be a standard for all companies. You’ll know how do-able the business will be for you with the right questions and the right answers.
